Q: Why does it take 3-5 days to ship my order?
A: Every PetPact is 100% handcrafted. From hand-selecting the perfect crystal bone to the intricate braiding process, we ensure each piece is made with pure intent. Quality healing takes time!
Q: Can I change my personalized name tag after ordering?
A: We start engraving quickly! Please contact us at support@forpetpack.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request any changes.

A: Yes, we ship to pets worldwide! From the USA to Europe and beyond, we offer global delivery to our growing community of pet lovers.
Standard Worldwide Shipping: FREE
- USA & Europe: 7–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–15 business days
Priority Express Shipping: $10 USD
- Worldwide Delivery: 5–7 business days
