1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
We understand that plans can change. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
- To cancel, please email us immediately at info@forpetpack.com with your order number.
- Once our artisans begin the hand-braiding and custom engraving process after the 24-hour window, cancellations may no longer be possible.
2. 30-Day Quality Guarantee
Because every PetPact is a custom-made piece of jewelry, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, we stand behind our craftsmanship 100%.
Quality Issues: If your product arrives damaged or develops a craftsmanship defect within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
*Note: Natural variations in crystal color and texture are normal and are not considered defects. Safety-related wear and tear from using the jewelry as a walking collar is not covered.
3. The Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: We issue refunds immediately upon approval.
- Arrival Time: The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing speed (typically 3–10 business days).
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return for a quality issue, please follow these steps:
- Email info@forpetpack.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will provide instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back to our studio.
