Step 1: Handcrafted with Patience
Every PetPact is 100% handcrafted to order. We don't believe in rushing a symbol of healing. Our artisans spend 3–5 business days meticulously selecting crystals, hand-braiding your custom cord, and performing our signature moonlight cleansing ritual.

Tracking & Customs
Tracking Your Pact: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update as it clears international borders.
Customs & Duties: For the majority of our customers, no extra fees will apply. However, international orders may occasionally be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
